The goal is to be sure that your information is consistent across all platforms, so that potential clients will see the same branding wherever they land. Here’s a helpful checklist to be sure you're on your way to consistent, impactful branding. |

| | When generating content, ensure the purpose of your content is clear, that it aligns with your brand messaging and mission, and regularly communicates your unique value. Be aware of your content ratio - a majority of posts should give something of value to the audience and a smaller portion would explicitly promote yourself. Value posts include a wide range of content themes, such as community events, market updates, tips on navigating the buyer/seller process, etc. |

| | Engagement: the Key to Success Engage with your audience - engagement is key for driving up your content in the algorithm to show it to others. Anything that gets people to either respond or reach out is a great way to boost engagement. Pro Tip: encourage your followers to save your posts by putting out content that people would want to go back to and reference. |

| Engage with DMs & comments Follow local/relevant hashtags and comment on those photos AMA (Ask me Anything) Real estate tip of the day Throwback Thursday (i.e. guess the price of a listing, historical facts of a neighborhood) Highlighting local events FAQs in real estate Run a poll on your IG story Ask your audience questions (“What’s your go-to farmer’s market treat?”) Like other people’s posts and leave a comment Send to your friends and have them like and save the post
