The Williamson County Real Estate Market Charges Ahead

Hey everyone,

I hope y'all are enjoying the warmer weather!

Considering a move to Williamson County? If so, you don't want to miss this email.

Compass Nashville took a dive into 2021 Williamson County market data to showcase a surge in housing demand, a sign that Williamson County is the “undiscovered but now discovered” gem of the South.

There is a growing demand for homes in Williamson County, evidenced by rising prices and a decline in the number of days homes spend on the market before being sold. This has led to a highly competitive and fast-paced real estate space. The current median price of $665K is up an impressive 22% over prices in 2020. Meanwhile, average days-on-market is down 19% over DOM in 2020, now at just 43 days.

Let me know what you think!
