| | | Typically, I aim to send out my newsletter during the third week of the month, but this month was packed with so many activities that I had to delay its release. The month kicked off with our family celebrating my youngest son's promotion from 8th grade. It was wonderful to gather the family and celebrate Mason as he embarks on his new high school journey. I'm thrilled that next year, two of my sons will be attending the same school. We also attended seven high school graduation parties for my friends' children. Each celebration was unique and we are eager to see what the future holds for these promising individuals. Additionally, I traveled to San Diego to celebrate the wedding of one of my dear friends. While there, I cherished spending quality time with my girlfriends, whom I met 10 years ago when I began my real estate career. It was undoubtedly a memorable trip. I'm excited to see what adventures are in store for us in July. Happy Summer Everyone! |

What I'm Seeing In the Market
If you're looking to buy or sell a home, you've likely noticed a shift in the market. When making offers, you may find that sellers still have high expectations and might be reluctant to accept that their home's value has decreased over the past few months due to increased inventory, job security concerns, and tariffs. As a seller, you might feel that buyers are being unrealistic about your home's true value, and you might even contemplate taking your property off the market, hoping prices will rise again soon. This is a crucial time for both buyer and listing agents to collaborate and educate their clients with the most current market data, enabling them to make informed decisions about their largest investments. Buyers are looking for bargains, while sellers still expect to receive top dollar for their homes. Ultimately, buyers and sellers will need to find common ground and be motivated to complete transactions. As always I am here to answer any questions you may have about the changing market.
