What I'm Seeing In the Market
I've noticed a significant drop in inventory over the past month. Most agents I’ve spoken with don't have any upcoming listings, signaling that we're entering the quieter season in real estate. Sellers often hesitate to list their homes at the start of the school year or during the holidays, preferring to wait for the sales boost that typically begins in January.
There’s also growing uncertainty among buyers, who are questioning whether now is the right time to purchase, especially with the approaching presidential election. If you have any questions about the current market or need guidance on the best time to buy or sell, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Real estate has been a hot topic in the news lately, particularly with the new rules regarding agent compensation. Also, buyers will now need to have a contract in place with their agent before viewing homes or conducting any real estate transactions. I’m more than happy to discuss these changes in person if you have any questions.
