Blurred lines: Where commercial and residential intersect.

In New York City, homes are being transforming into unique commercial spaces like showrooms, studios, and cafes/wine bars. These converted brownstones and lofts maintain their original charm—exposed brick, grand staircases, moldings, wooden windows—offering businesses a unique retail experience to differentiate.

I got into this business because I believe that the home is one of the most important elements in our lives. Seems to me that businesses are harnessing the power of home to build their brand… here for it.
