At the start of the month, I assisted my clients in selling their beautiful home in Dublin. After just 8 days on the market, we secured an offer that was $71K above the asking price. My clients are thrilled and are now happily settled into the home I helped them purchase late last year. I've also dedicated a lot of time to preparing a Windemere masterpiece for the market.
