Jayden Chiaravalle

Customer Service is the main priority for Jayden from the moment you start a transaction to a lifelong friendship. Jayden truly enjoys serving her clients every step of the way. Primarily serving St. Petersburg and the surrounding areas such as Clearwater and Tampa Bay. 

 Born and raised in Illinois, Jayden was interested in the love of Real Estate at a young age. Growing up watching her father invest in the housing market, he eventually showed her the ropes and started investing in her own rental properties.

 Jayden started working for a large Real Estate Team in 2018 Marketing the homes of over 400 transactions in her career. Rapidly, she was promoted to Listing Coordinator where she mastered the inner workings of the Listing Systems and then moved her way up to a Licensed Agent in 2019. The moment Jayden was licensed, she hit the ground running pending 3 homes in her first 7 days. Jayden went on to Sell 39 homes in her first full year and 62 homes in her second full year. From that point, Jayden’s skills only improved, and she was eventually named Lead Buyer Specialist. Jayden knows the in’s and out’s of Real Estate. 

In Jayden’s off time she is typically making those lifelong friendships in the gym, on the beach, or exploring a new coffee shop.
