About David
Entering the real estate field has been a dream David has had since graduating school. He started with a custom home builder Stinnett Construction in 2001 weeks after graduating school and went to college at night. Over six years, David the building of 225 semi-custom and homes. In 2007 he obtained his license to help people purchase and sell real estate, and is very appreciative for the relationship of trust and confidence he has developed with many families.

If you are selling real estate it is important to have an agent on your side who understands your home is not just shelter but should be an appreciating asset. The agent you hire should fight for every penny of appreciation your home has gained over the amount of time.

If you are buying real estate it is important to have an agent fighting for you who understands the home you are both pursuing needs to have the most amount of equity into the purchase. The agent needs to know the difference between a price and when you might be paying too much for a home, and be able to explain the difference.

If you are speculatively buying real estate as an investment it is important to have an agent fighting for you who understands your goals and objectives. Your agent should be able to explain short and long term cash on cash return, zoning for present and end-use, and tax implications.
