A native of San Antonio, Phyllis is known and acknowledged as a residential expert, especially in the city’s luxury market areas. In addition to her work, she serves as a CASA volunteer caseworker in Bexar County. When time permits, her hobbies include gardening, golf, and tennis. She is married to local commercial real estate broker Steve Hall. They have two adult children who live in Midland and Austin, Texas.
