About Karen
For more than 20 years I have been a licensed agent helping hundreds of buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. I have lived most of my life in the neighborhoods closest to Seattle's downtown core giving me great familiarity with each urban area. I have also been an island dweller and with family sprinkled around the Eastside of Lake Washington and Western Washington, I stay current on what is happening in surrounding communities too.
My degree in Communications is helpful in the work I do and the ability to understand what each client needs is my specialty. Having studied photography is an advantage when putting together a listing with ideal images. Having bought and sold several of my own homes means I can easily put myself in a buyer's shoes.
My personal pursuits include gardening and cooking, so I am sure to appreciate your kitchen and outdoor spaces. Working collaboratively is key and it is part of why I work with a team of thoughtful and experienced agents at Compass. We are always here for any question you have, no matter how big or small.
