Rachel Erwin

Rachel has nearly 20 years of real estate experience including new home sales, leasing and finance. She has a Hospitality degree and years of management in the hotel industry prior to her career in real estate. Her passion shows in her enthusiasm for what she does, abundant industry knowledge and satisfaction in helping clients in any way she can.

She has lived all over San Diego County within her 15 years in California so knows many areas well. Although her past emphasis has been on sales in North County, she now also focuses her attention on Mission Valley and other surrounding neighborhoods.

She enjoys spending her free time with her dog Sophie, family & friends and traveling the world. She is a proud Civita homeowner, has been selling homes in Civita for years and is an active member within her  city planning group and community.
