Alec Gugel

Alec Gugel is an ambitious agent with a willingness and desire to go above and beyond to serve his clients’ needs. He graduated from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration and leverages this education to better advise prospective buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords on how to extract the most value from real estate transactions. 

Raised by an architect and an interior designer, Alec has been around high-end real estate for his entire life. From helping out around the office as a kid to taking on a more active bookkeeping role in his teens, he was exposed to and immersed in the industry from a young age. This led him to obtain his real estate license in Florida, and soon after, in New York. He later went on to work on the financing side of real estate on a small team specializing in interest rate swaps, before becoming a full-time agent.

Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Alec has traded year-round warmth for a permanent residence in New York City. In his downtime, he can be found running along the East River or biking the streets of Manhattan, scouting his next deal. To satisfy a long-time affinity for visual arts, he keeps a 35mm film camera on him at all times.
