I wish I could give Amy a million stars. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area we were searching, she was our Chester County/Montgomery County guru. She took care to check out things for us that you can't find out online. As buyers from out of state, Amy did everything she could to make sure our visits were productive. She did FaceTime tours for us to make sure the houses were worth coming to see, did the sniff test on houses (no musty basements, or cat houses please!), checked road noise, etc.. She guided us well during the bidding process during a very crazy market. You are in great hands with Amy!
