About Carlos
Carlos started his real estate career 2004 as a real estate investor, purchasing renovating properties in the Washington, DC area. Carlos’s work ethic, drive, real estate knowledge were a natural fit for working with investors, builders, developers. Even as a top producing agent he continues to invest in education training remain highly competitive in the marketplace.

Carlos's other specialized areas of knowledge include Luxury Sales, Sports Athletes, Multi-/ conversions projects. He appeared on several episodes of HGTV’s “Get it ”.
