"Caryn is the dream, full stop. That's the most important thing you need to know. She's the first and only person you want on your team.

She is a bottomless font of knowledge about every aspect of homebuying. This was our first time buying a house and we were fully prepared for a stressful, confusing process. Much to our surprise, the few roadblocks we encountered had nothing to do with Caryn, and were quickly solved with her input and expert assistance - assistance she was literally always willing to give, often pointing out potential hitches before we had the slightest inkling they existed.

She is kind, courteous, and respectful of your time but will tell you when you're off the mark - the first house we made an offer on turned out to be a dud, and she was very up front with us about its shortcomings, helping us eventually make the decision to withdraw our offer. The second one we found was a dream, and thus highly contested, and she fought hard for us throughout.

Through every home viewing, she drew our eyes to things we missed - a crumbling retaining wall here, water damage there, an old heating system or roof in need of replacement. She was honest about the amount of money we'd need to throw into every house to make it livable, even if it had been flipped and shined up to distract from that exact aspect.
