Australian by blood yet Bay Area by choice, the Perth native earned a Finance degree from the University of San Francisco before ultimately running DRA Advisors west coast operations. Prior to managing over $470M of commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions with DRA, David gained extensive financial analysis skills from his time in the appraisal, brokerage, and consultancy sectors.

Since leaving DRA in 2002, the real estate specialist has paved an impressive path forward. A General Contractor and Licensed Real Estate Broker, he knows how to add value through renovations and can understand risk with detailed financial analytics to get deals closed. Equally experienced on the principal side, he raised and managed a fund that purchased and flipped 600+ single-family homes with an aggregate value of $150M+ in multiple Bay Area counties, earning $24m in property level profits.
