Before moving to real estate in 2002, David worked in the hotel industry, ran a call center, and helped launch multiple startups. This entrepreneurial spirit and fervent customer service were a natural fit with Compass, where David helped expand the brokerage to its second market as a founding member of Compass D.C. With experience in large and boutique real estate firms, David chose Compass for the unique way they integrate technology into the process of buying and selling for the benefit of his sellers and buyers.
David is truly local, having grown up in northern Virginia, attended college in nearby Fredericksburg, and makes his home, with his partner Brad, in vibrant Logan Circle. When he is not on the job taking care of his clients, he loves to travel, to dive into a good book, and enjoy the amenities of the various neighborhoods throughout the DMV. David is still proud to be an Eagle Scout.
