He was extremely responsive, walked us through all of the nuances and considerations, and helped us in deciding how to bid strategically within our budget. When we came to tour the house that we fell in love with, he helped us strategize how to get our offer accepted without having to enter a bidding war in a crowded market that would have almost certainly would have led to us losing out due to our budgetary constraints - and it worked! Throughout the escrow process, David used his market expertise and negotiation skills with every step of the way to the point of essentially negotiating away all of our closing costs!
