About Dylan
Dylan Lamb, a Broker Associate at Compass Florida and Team Leader of the Lamb Residential Group, brings over a decade of experience in Residential Real Estate. As a former owner of a 30 agent brokerage for six years, his expertise is that of a seasoned veteran.
 
Together with his wife, Natalia Rodriguez Lamb, he co-founded the Lamb Residential Group, a close-knit team of real estate advisors committed to transparency, authenticity, and delivering optimal success for their clients. Dylan pursued his education at Florida State University, where he studied Economics and Hospitality Management. After graduation and obtaining his real estate sales license, Dylan relocated to Southeast Florida with his wife Natalia to begin his real estate journey. Quickly he quickly became a top producer at multiple residential real estate brokerages, propelling him to venture into entrepreneurship early in his career, where he founded and operated his own brokerage for several years.
