• Between them, over 15 years, Lisa and Vicki have been involved in transactions totaling over $400 million.
• No strangers to the process of evaluating a property’s potential and renovating them to be beautiful, functional, and inviting both inside and out, Lisa and Vicki combined have personally bought, renovated, and sold 11 properties in Concord, the surrounding towns, Chatham and Nantucket.
• They each have 3 children, ranging from 17 years old to 31 years old, who have attended local public and private schools, both day and boarding, and are well versed in the many educational and recreational opportunities available to families in the area.
• Lisa grew up in the mid-Atlantic and Chatham and has happily called New England home since college. As a lawyer and former Prosecutor with the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office, Lisa draws on her analytic, negotiating, and legal skills to help her clients navigate through the legal/financial process of buying and selling properties. Lisa has lived in Concord for 20 years and loves to spend time at her home in Chatham, where she has been going since childhood.
• Vicki grew up in Lexington and Nantucket and is well attuned to these towns, where she still has family. She is a former television executive. She worked with her father, himself a serial renovator and Founder/Director of “This Old House and the New Yankee Workshop.” The lessons she learned there are invaluable when evaluating a house’s potential and preparing it for sale. She also founded and owned a successful yoga studio in Concord, where she can still be found on occasion to teach. Vicki has lived in Concord for 30 years and enjoys time in Nantucket, where she has been going most of her life and owns a home.
