For years, James split his time between his hometown of Philadelphia and Los Angeles for work before deciding to call LA his full-time home in 2022. With him, he brings a tireless work ethic and commitment to helping clients find their place in the world. Having gone through the home buying process multiple times for himself, James clearly remembers the mix of empowerment and anxiety he felt when buying his first home. Because of this, he is especially passionate about working with first-time buyers! Nothing is quite as rewarding as working on such a monumental life milestone. When James is not directly supporting the needs of his clients, he is immersing himself in the market by routinely touring the latest inventory and heavily researching current market trends and activity.
