When we got up to the unit I got more excited; Jeff had nailed it. It was just what I had been looking for. But there was one big glitch: the asking price was well over my price. About Jeff
Home. It’s more than a place to sleep. Home is the place where we most belong. It’s the heart of life, where we plan the future and make lasting memories.

Every home sale or purchase is a relationship, and it all begins with a conversation. This helps me understand your dreams and your reality. It allows me to bring my experience and market knowledge into focus as we navigate the real estate process together.

There are many ways to size up a home. My construction experience gives me an eye for details that might elude other brokers. This means we can have honest conversations about needed repairs, the value of a remodel, or exploring other options. When a decision needs to be made, you can depend on my candor—and a lot of good research.

For me, this work is the perfect balance of hard work and creativity. To feed my artistic side, I study oil painting, design, and architecture. A blend of the aesthetic, practical, and business aspects of real estate helps me imagine possibilities and make them happen for my clients.

And where do I get my people skills? I’ve certainly learned a lot about patience and flexibility from my two amazing kids. Clients say I bring both my heart and my head to every transaction. This helps me make sure you’ll feel taken care of and heard. As your advisor and consultant, I want to be your go-to person for every real estate question.

My days off take me to the mountains to rock climb and connect with nature. My work takes me all over Seattle, scouting neighborhoods on behalf of my clients—and discovering great places to eat. I’m always on the lookout for great tacos!
