"I recently relocated to the Atlanta area for a new job, and worked with Justin to purchase a home in Atlanta. Justin was very helpful at every step in the process, from narrowing my search, to scheduling showings, discussing pros and cons of individual homes (and is not afraid of giving frank advice about homes that have problems), negotiating price, selecting and working with lenders, and working out the details of the sales contract.
My transaction had some added complexities that could have tripped up a less thorough realtor, and Justin handled everything cleanly and professionally. I was selling a home in another city with another realtor at the same time that I was buying a home in Atlanta with Justin's help. My closing date for my prior home was the day before the closing date for my new home. Additionally, my original lender unexpectedly went out of business in the middle of the due diligence period, and I had to quickly get approved by another bank. Justin was always conscientious of the added complexities that entailed, and worked hard to make sure that all issues and concerns were addressed thoroughly. Everything stayed perfectly on schedule, and closing went by without a hiccup.
In the end, I found a wonderful home in Tucker that I am very happy with, and paid a very fair price for it, with sellers paying all closing costs and performing pre-closing repairs at their expense."

I used my VA loan which added another level of confusion to the home buying process, but Justin helped me understand the VA rules in order to make the best choices. In addition to his time serving in the Army, Candelaria also acted as tournament operations assistant for three different PGA tour events, including two tournaments run by the Tiger Woods Foundation. Here, he honed the ins and outs of hospitality and customer service, which helped strengthen his ability to serve his future clients.
“I’ve always wanted to be involved in and associated with industries, organizations and companies revolving around giving, improving and helping others. Real estate allows me to do this by directly impacting people’s lives from both a personal and financial standpoint,” he says.
