About 5 years ago, he joined the real estate field after completing college; because of a passion he developed in his school days. He remains committed to the American dream of owning property; especially by clients who love the sound of ownership as much as he does. Michael Maffucci is a real estate agent who works towards successfully guiding diverse clients with their residential and commercial real estate acquisitions, lease obligations, asset reposition and dispositions. Michael draws his motivation from being the link between the images of a house a client sees on their computer to actually owning or renting it out. His central focus is taking the pressure of an otherwise hectic transaction so that his clients can make clear and concise decisions throughout the process. A holder of real estate license in RI and named Top Rental Broker in 2017, Michael loves to play basketball, baseball and investing in real estate in his free time.
