About Pam
A seasoned professional, Pam was born in Hollywood and has been a lifelong Westside resident, except for the five special years she lived in New York City. She specializes in Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood, Hollywood Hills, Hancock Park, View Park, Ladera Heights, Baldwin Hills, Encino, and surrounding areas.
Pam enjoys working with sellers who want to yield the highest value for their property, buyers looking for their next home or a getaway retreat, and investors interested in taking advantage of the endless opportunities in Los Angeles real estate. Her extensive network of contacts was developed over decades of consistent and ethical business dealings. Her success has been defined by her ability to identify opportunities, successfully partner with clients, tap a strong reliable network of contractors and developing creative solutions to difficult problems.
Client satisfaction is the foundation of her business. Pam's clients appreciate her knowledge, discretion, ability to negotiate hard while keeping communication and their goals in sight. She listens to her clients and then develops a strategy to reach their objectives. Her attention to detail, commitment to making her client's life easier during the transaction and strong work ethic keep her clients coming back and referring their friends and colleagues to her.
Pam was educated in the public schools of Los Angeles and graduated from the University of Southern California (USC). She has been actively involved at her daughters' schools, which have included Sunshine Pre-School, John Thomas Dye (JTD), Harvard Westlake, and Palisades Charter High. She is currently President of the Harvard Westlake Parent Board. As a family, they volunteer in and around the Los Angeles area, packing food for families in need during the holidays, beautification projects at the local public schools and walk to raise money for a variety of causes close to their hearts.
Currently, she's renovating a 1920's family home in Windsor Hills/View Park, that has been in her family since the early 1960s. She lives there with her husband and youngest daughter.
