"Shannon helped me and my fiance buy our first condo in Boston and it was the absolute best experience to work with Shannon. She was so helpful and patient when it came to all of our questions. She was always on, always responsive via email, text and phone call. When it came to touring homes, Shannon was always flexible and willing to make tours work with our schedule. In the buying process, Shannon helped connect us with everyone we needed and had all the right connections to make buying our home the most seamless experience. Shannon is so well connected in the real estate industry which made me feel so comfortable and relaxed during the process. Both myself and my finance would highly recommend Shannon for any future home buyer! She was referred to us by a friend who also went through the first time home buying process. Thanks, Shannon!" - Caroline

"Shannon was an absolute dream to work with. In an unusually crazy housing market, she went above and beyond every step of the way. I felt supported and well informed during the entire process. Shannon made sure that I had everything I needed and connected me to an excellent attorney and mortgage team as well. She is professional, kind and very hardworking. I would recommend her again and again! Thanks Shannon!!!" - Taylor

"As a first time home buyer, Shannon's prompt replies as well as knowledge of the process put my mind at ease. Obviously it's a major decision and Shannon was patient with me every step of the way. From setting up viewings, to second visits, to the final walk through, Shannon provided a level of professionalism and commitment that is unmatched. I kept waiting for the second shoe to drop or "something to go wrong" in the entire process, however it was flawless all thanks to Shannon. I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again and would recommend her to anyone in the market for a new home, or anyone looking to learn more about the process." - Courtney

"As first time home buyers we were lucky enough to have Shannon as our agent. She was patient and explained everything about the home buying process to us and was always just a txt message/phone call away. She answered every question we had no matter how basic it might have been and gave us a lot of really good guidance. She is also very knowledgeable and has a lot of good connections in the industry. When it came to putting in the offer, she had a great strategy to win and we feel we got a fair deal on our condo. Even after closing she was very communicative and still answered our questions. We will definitely be using Shannon again for our next home purchase." - Christian

"Can't say enough about working with Shannon. She was professional, responsive, and best of all -- competitive. She truly wanted to help us find the best buyer for our Dorchester condo and the right spot to settle-in once we were ready to buy a new home. She provided great advice and went above and beyond from a service perspective. You'd be lucky to have Shannon as your realtor." - Stacey

About Shannon
At the age of 16, I left home in Pennsylvania to pursue my dream of playing Women’s Ice Hockey at the collegiate level. It was then that I fell in love with New England and quickly realized the importance of relationships, community, and being a mindful teammate. There is an incredible opportunity to harness the power of being a part of a team in your real estate experience. As your teammate, I am here to help you achieve your goals through real estate and you deserve all the support and guidance to help make leasing, buying, or selling a positive and fulfilling experience.

I made the big move from the Taft School in CT up to the University of New Hampshire where I played ice hockey and studied Finance and Entrepreneurship. It was at UNH where I truly learned the importance of being a good teammate and giving back to a community that showed us so much love and support. We were fortunate enough to be able to play at the first ever Frozen Fenway!

After UNH, I pursued a career in corporate finance and studied at Boston University where I received my MBA with specialties in Social Impact and Entrepreneurship. It was at BU where my desire to serve others became even more clear to me and I knew that one day I would fulfill my purpose to serve others by leveraging all of my experiences in the classroom, on the ice, and from the business world. Building relationships has always been the highlight of my day-to-day and I am so incredibly fortunate to make this a priority and the foundation of my service to my clients.

I discovered my passion for real estate when I purchased and began renovations in my first home, a pre-1900s Victorian in Medford. It has been one of the most fulfilling decisions of my life and has ultimately allowed me to realize that to help others find and create a sense of home in their own unique way, is an absolute dream come true. Whether it is an apartment, condo, multi-family, or house…we all have a place waiting for us to call home!

Fun facts: I played on the Boston Blades (the only American team in the Canadian Women's Hockey League) from 2010-2012. We were paid in pizza and incredible fan support.  My dad and grandfather both played for the Chicago Bears. I, however, did not make the NFL cut and play flag football in the Boston Women's Flag Football League.  This has allowed me more time for my clients! You will not see me running the Boston marathon as I am saving my energy for my Sunday night hockey games in the South Shore Women's Hockey League and my Ladies Golf League.
