Stefanie Herdman

Stefanie has called Central Texas her home for over 40 years. Upon graduating from Texas State University, earning a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology, she always knew she wanted to help others and make a difference. She began her post-college career in the high-tech industry as a Global Marketer, focusing on event planning and new product launches. After 15+ years, she chose to take a break from Technology and work part-time for a local retailer for the next 9 years in order to be close to home and be with their son while her husband traveled frequently for his career. As their son got older, Stefanie was ready to get back to work full-time.  She eventually returned to her college banking roots and joined a regional bank as a Relationship Banker in Lakeway, TX and relocated to their local branch in Fredericksburg, TX. It was during that time she choose to pursue her interest in Real Estate which combined her love of interior design and helping others along with her financial, sales, marketing, and personal experience of having had 6 of her own personal homes built.

Being drawn to the landscapes and small town feel of the Fredericksburg area, she and her husband relocated from Bee Cave, TX, where they raised their son who is now attending Texas Tech University, to Willow City, TX  (12 miles NE of Fredericksburg in Gillespie County) and built their retirement home. Stefanie enjoys spending time with family, traveling, volunteering and giving back to her community, and of course  spoiling her French Bulldog.  Her interests include interior design, landscape design, gardening, land preservation & conservation.
