Susan is a go-getter, a risk-taker, and a visionary. After working in the industry as an agent and a Sales Manager, Susan took the HUGE leap to open her own office She opened her own office, decided on a name, and started recruiting agents. In just one year, she went from zero agents to a team of 9 powerful, savvy real estate professionals.

She is 100% invested in her business, and it shows by the love, guidance, and support she gives to her agents and clients.
It's not surprising because Susan's had a ton of practice as a proud mom of 5! She's not someone to boast and doesn't like a big fuss, but anyone who knows Susan knows, she's one-of-a-kind. Susan’s experience, but more importantly, her passion for helping others is a trait that can be seen in her daily activities and interactions.
Susan started her career in real estate in 2013 at Keller Williams Realty. She was fastest graduate of their new agent program and capped her first year there and every year after. Susan became the Keller Williams new agent mentor/ trainer in 2015 as well as serving as the Co-Chair of the Culture Committee. In 2016 Susan moved to RE/MAX where she served as Director of Agent Services coordinating agent training and development, coaching programs, mentoring and recruiting based activities to foster a more productive and helpful environment as well as Managing Broker. Susan left RE/MAX in June of 2020 to open the Key Team office in Windham, NH.
