The reason Todd chose the world of New York City real estate is simple: it’s exciting and constantly changing. In an industry that can sometimes be confusing, overwhelming, and fast-paced Todd likes to focus on being patient and supportive as he prepares his clients for one of the biggest decisions they will make. With a prior history in the hospitality industry, he is particularly well-equipped to deal with clients on both the buying and selling sides of real estate.

Todd takes pride in being detail-oriented for the seller, making sure they get the best representation and handling for the sale of their property. Keeping his clients informed and up-to-date on feedback is key to his success.

For the buyer, he is attentive to what they are looking for in a home or investment and constantly helps navigate the very detailed process of the purchase, working closely with all involved right up to the closing table and beyond.

His past hospitality experience has been with some of New York’s most renowned restaurateurs like Danny Meyers and Shelly Fireman. A huge fan of the city’s architecture and history, he sees something to appreciate in every locale he works in. Born and raised in Western New York, Todd has been living in Manhattan for over 20 years. Due to his past work in hospitality, he is a big foodie and loves to cook and entertain. Activities he enjoys around the city vary from following his favorite yogis to participating in the NYC marathon. Today he resides on the Upper West Side’s Riverside Drive.
