LOCAL MARKET REPORT As we transitioned into the Summer market in Q2, several markets showed increases in housing inventory and closings, signifying a long awaited shift. However, these increases were accompanied by rising interest rates and home prices that continued to climb. Even as buyers saw a slightly less competitive landscape, prices continued on their steady climb. This provided a counter-balance to the heightened inventory. |

Higher interest rates bring LESS competition to buy and perhaps more favorable terms for buyers. Don’t let interest rates deter you from buying THE ONE.
