Hi All,

NEXT STEPS...
Whether we are dealing with a sale, anxiety, sadness, depression, loneliness, career ..... all are beneficiaries of ACTION. This may be a minor action or a more major action, but without action, usually there can be no movement forwards.
Next steps are often a choice. A choice between one or several options. Focus on identifying what these choices are, choose one and act on it. One choice may simply be to wait for a specified period of time and do nothing and as long as you are doing so proactively and consciously, that too may be the best next step. It is our ability to take these next steps that can make all the difference, not only in achieving success, but also happiness. When we don't take next steps we procrastinate and stagnate, often focusing too much attention on the end result and conclusion.
Make the steps towards your ultimate goals and ambitions and tasks as much fun as the end result.....simply take that next step. It may feel like a big deal to do so, but I guarantee it will help move things forward.

Are you considering a change of residence, but don't know which step to take, next? How about talking to a real estate professional - like me. Use me as your sounding board. I have sold properties for sellers and helped buyers purchase property in the NYC Real Estate world for 8 consecutive years - and I'm happy to have a chat with you on the market of your desire

Happy Summer!

SATISFIED - Movie
Chris Bolan and Melissa Haizlip's mindblowing documentary premiered at TriBeCa Film Festival just recently. In 2015, HAMILTON opened and took the world by storm, earning near-universal critical acclaim and, some might say, forever changing the course of musical theater. It certainly changed the life of Renée Elise Goldsberry, who starred as Angelica Schuyler and would go on to win the Tony Award for her performance. The journey to that win was a hard one, though, filled with uncertainty, loss, and, ultimately, growth. Not released for streaming yet, it seems; but keep looking if it comes to a movie theatre near you.
