With the lower mortgage rates and adjusted housing prices, this segmented real estate market is almost back at pre-pandemic levels. Lower Covid numbers and the return of rising mortgage rates will determine Q4’s outcome. |

Letitia James for Governor? New York’s attorney general was seen courting business and civic leaders while alluding to her plans to run for governor. With Kathy Hochul, the first female governor of New York, currently residing in office, if Ms. James runs, there will be an exciting upcoming intraparty election. Talks are circulating publicly and privately about Ms. James’s decision, with promises of an update soon. |

Defining Long Covid The ongoing polarizing opinions on Covid and vaccinations are ongoing and officials hope that science can squash this beef. Diana Berrent, a Covid survivor, was a patient for Columbia University’s covalent-plasma trial and was later prompted to start Survivor Corps. Berrent has curated the a Facebook group of over 75,000 members, thus becoming the largest grassroots Covid movement in the world. |

Shawn wears many hats on this team. He is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, the Head of Styling and Staging, and the CEO (Chief Emotional Officer). This last role was created by Mr. Wilson himself to maintain optimal levels of mental/emotional health on the team and we love him for it! During his prior years working in real estate, he used his gift for connecting with people to build a solid referral business. Shawn is an integral part of the growth of the Eiden Team with his ability to style and stage any space. Shawn is our vision and direction with bringing clients in the door.
Styling and staging is crucial to give clients an idea of what their home can be like. Shawn has a one of a kind ability to bring unique experience into all spaces.
