Compass Finds a New Outlet for Exclusive Listings |

| Starting July 28, here are the new rules for co-ops as it relates to responding to applications to purchase: *Boards/managing agents have 15 days to respond whether an application is complete or not. *After the application is deemed complete, boards have 45 days to approve or decline. *Failing to do so will result in penalties. *Boards may go into a summer recess, but this has to be clearly announced in advance. *This applies to co-ops with 10 or more units. |

| 'Brady Bunch' House Gets Landmark Status in L.A. |
| The Studio City house used for exterior shots of “The Brady Bunch” has been designated as a historic-cultural monument by the Los Angeles City Council. HGTV renovated the interior to match that seen in the show after purchasing the home in 2019 for “A Very Brady Renovation.” It sold the circa-1959 property to historic house enthusiast Tina Trahan, wife of former HBO chief exec Chris Albrecht, for $3.2 million.
