Happy almost Spring!

Spring is creeping up on us (3/20), and if the rain holds out, we are beginning "Spring cleaning" in our household this weekend. We have the "free labor" by putting the kiddos to work, so we are going to take advantage of it!

This week is my Son Clayton's Spring break in Sonoma and I have been brainstorming for fun things to do. Tomorrow, we will be taking the Sausalito ferry to San Francisco to go to Aquarium of the Bay

As I was bouncing off ideas to my Mom Susan, she had reminded me that one of my favorite restaurants, Tadich Grill has been operating in San Francisco for 174 years! My Father, used to take my Brother Zack and I to the city right before Christmas to buy my Mom a special gift. We were blessed to experience this coming from small town Morgan Hill, and we felt so special being able to go here. If you haven't been before, it's a must visit! In my last update, I had hosted open houses for 3 different homes. The foot traffic that I had seen was pretty exciting for both buyers and sellers. Fortunately for the agents that I hosted the open houses for, all of the listings are in contract!  


Below are links to the Real Estate Reports for March in Sonoma and Napa Counties. Keep in mind that most "hard" data in real estate is based on closed, recorded sales, a lagging indicator which generally reflects deal-making activity in the previous month, when offers were negotiated. January sales, the basis for many analyses in this report, mostly reflect the December 2022 market when new listing activity and buyer demand were typically at their lowest ebb in years.

February and March listing and sales data will begin to better reflect early 2023 conditions.
