Suburban NYC Home Sales Plunge Because There’s Nothing To Buy Buyers are snapping up homes faster than sellers are listing them. In Long Island, excluding the Hamptons, there were 1,950 signed contracts last month -- or 13% fewer than a year ago. At the same time, new listings fell 26%, to 1,751, the firms said. This week we have been busy having come back to work from the Thanksgiving holiday. Can you believe December is already upon us? We're continuing the hustle as the season begins to bustle. We wanted to share some photos from all of our team members family gatherings this past week. It was such an incredible time for all. We all had lovely meals and laughs with our families and friends. Some of us traveled, some of us stayed home and cooked, but oh how fun to gather around and share a delicious meal. |
