2021 was an outstanding year for Kinlin Grover and the Randall Family of

Companies. Although we continued to battle the challenges of Covid and historically

low inventory, we once again broke company records, selling more than $2.3 billion

worth of real estate with Kinlin Grover accounting for $1.6 billion in sales all on its

own.

We also continued to increase our presence in the luxury market with almost 300

sales of $1 million or more, continued to grow our footprint by expanding into new

markets and, most importantly, maintained an incredible 99% Premier Service client

satisfaction rating.

In addition, in July we announced our partnership with Compass, the largest real

estate brokerage in the country. This move has helped us to lay the groundwork for

the future with the promise of greater agent support through multiple additions to

our support staff, additions to our marketing staff and access to the Compass tools, systems and teams.

Within Cape and Islands MLS, Kinlin Grover once again far out-paced its competition

with a 17.1% market share, 270 sales above $1 million, 11 agents in the top 50

overall and $1.3 billion in Barnstable County sales. Not only were we once again the

largest brokerage on the Cape but we also finished #1 in almost every town in our

market area, led the market in $1M sales, led the market in commercial sales and

produced over 3500 vacation rental reservations.

Your achievements were nothing short of remarkable and we could not be more

proud of you, our agents and staff.

As I mentioned in my last video, given COVID restrictions we were unable to hold a

large in person awards gathering this year. And, after checking with you it became

clear that another virtual awards event would not be a welcome idea.

So, as promised we are announcing our award winners to you today with the

intention of gathering together on May 25th for a Covid-safe, indoor/outdoor

celebration at the Pelham House in Dennis.

With this in mind, attached to this email you will find our 2021 awards book with our

award winners listed for every one of our award categories. In addition, in the next

few days you will be receiving your individual hardcopy awards certificates

and once our supplier is done with

production, your crystal awards. And of course, we will also be advertising our

award winners in our local papers and posting companywide announcements on

social media.

Although we are doing things a little differently this year we are excited to know

that we will actually be together for a celebration in the near future. Somehow it

does not feel the same when we can’t be together to enjoy each other’s company

and recognize each other’s accomplishments.

Kinlin Grover Compass is a family and together we have weathered remarkable

challenges and, along the way, we have achieved more than any other company in

our market and set multiple company records.

Once again, we are amazed at all that you have accomplished in the last year. You

are a remarkable group and we are proud to call you our coworkers and our friends. You

make the Kinlin Grover Compass name shine and you do it with the utmost of

professionalism and caring.
