Summer has arrived, right? I love how varied the weather is in Seattle in June. I typically have reach into my stored winter gear to endure a few days of relatively frigid temps before the sun shakes off the clouds and bestows us with summer. I know many of you are blasting off on vacations, but for those of you sticking around town, I hope you are ready to enjoy all the season has to offer as the days get longer and the weather gets warmer!

Real Estate Market Update

King County median sale price continues to climb back slowly, but still remains below where it was this time last year.  Days on market (DOM) for listings dropped slightly or remained stable from last month, while we continue to see activity for new listings and pending listings increase month over month.

Living Architecture: Casa Batlló

On May 5, for the second year running, Digital Artist Refik packed the streets surrounding Antoni Gaudí’s Casa Batlló in Barcelona as his mesmeric projections lit up the building’s façade. The show, “Living Architecture”, attracted an estimated 65,000 spectators across five evening showings. 
An NFT of “Living Architecture” 2022 piece sold at Christie’s New York last year for $1.38 million.
