| Values were determined given market conditions in the study period of June 2020 - June 2022 and must be contested given those same market conditions (not 2023). The protest period is open May 1 - June 8. A protest or appeal can lower your property taxes if your property was estimated too high or if information is incorrect. How I can help you: As part of your appeal, I can create an accurate Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) that you can submit with your appeal.
