Within the Compass platform, Realtors can create a Collection which is a "collection" of listed properties with specific perimeters that can be shared with prospective buyers and sellers. What makes this feature interesting is the ability to write notes back and forth between client and realtor about specific properties and the ability to favorite them or delete them. This is a great marketing tool to stay current with what's happening in the market at the moment it's happening in a thoughtful way. |

In February 2022, there were 44 residential, 46 condo, and 20 vacant land sales on Kauai. Koloa saw a total of 20 sales, the most residential sales on the island. Median sales price increased by more than 37% compared to February 2021. Read on for median sales price increases in all categories. |
