March 2022

Single Family Homes

The Single Family Home YTD median price is still steady at $1.095M as of March 23, 2022. 

The number of active listings is up 27% and the number of pending sales are up over 13% since the beginning of this month

Are we starting to see a little increase in inventory?


We are in the peak market season and it shows it. The market is very active and p

roperties are going into escrow very quickly.

Kona Condo Market

The median price is still going up strong. The condo median price is up 4.9% just this Month 
The inventory is still extremely tight with only 29 condos for sale in the entire Kona. A little improvement compared with the beginning of the month when there were only 21 condos for sale.
