Sue's News and Views,

January 2025

Dear All!

Cheers! The days are getting longer - finally.

Get ready to wake up from hibernation!

I'm excited about the turn of the year. It's the time to forgive yourself for all you didn't like about 2024, and believe in yourself conquering 2025. Prioritizing possibilities instead of fear could be a New Year's resolution. In 2025, I’m here to help you navigate the ever-changing market, transforming challenges into successes, and your dreams into your perfect new home. My Real Estate relationships nation- and worldwide will be your resource; if you're moving on to somewhere other than NYC, I can help and refer a capable agent at your destination.

With the US Median Home price at $ 420,000 in 2024 - up 89% from

$ 222,000 in 2015! - and shrinking inventory, you will want to look very specifically at the market and neighboorhood you're heading towards in advance. I can provide the data to give you a clear vision of what is possible and worth engaging in. That said, these are the numbers of median US home prices - not New York City, where the median home price is now $ 810,000, 1.3% up from last year. You see where the trend is going...

Here's to a New Year with plenty of new possibilities and adventures -

Happy 2025!

Warmly,

sue
