This dragon was our secret weapon at our most recent listing in Normandy Park. Upon preparing the home for sale, Trey found this beautiful beast buried under leaves near a special tree in the back of the property. He later learned that this prized dragon had been lost for several years. He uncovered it, dusted it off and put this mythical creature back into service. The dragon was strategically and carefully placed in a location to bring this property good luck and vitality as the seller moved out and new owner moved in. After we secured a sale on this property, the seller came to us fearful that the beloved dragon was missing. Knowing this dragon is so important to our client, Trey drove over to the property at 10:30 p.m. to try to find it. Driving down the dark road and up the tree covered driveway he got out of the car and into the blackness. As he ambled through the trees and pine straw, he saw something tucked beside a large Douglas fir tree. There, majestically stood our dragon, still standing guard at the property and bringing all that visited vitality and strength. The biggest element in real estate, and life, is change. When a buyer wants to buy or a seller wants to sell, it is highly likely that person is moving through significant change in their lives. We, the members of the Trey Danna Team, always listen carefully to our clients to find out how we can best serve them while they move through change. The smallest details matter. The Trey Danna Team consistently helps our clients navigate change. What dragons can we help you slay - or find - this fall? |

| | This is a true story … of me joining six total strangers … to live in a house for 5 days… work together … share our stories … and to find out what happens … when we remove our masks … and own our power: The Real World Sisterhood: Joshua Tree. I, Valerie, recently spent 5 days with these amazing women and explored what it means to address fear, protect, let go and heal. We tapped into our beauty, strength and perseverance in the desert. All in an effort to show up differently for ourselves (and those around us) in our daily lives. It’s only been 5 days since I returned and it’s clear that there is immense value when you take time out to nourish yourself. To open with courage instead of close in fear. To trust yourself instead of the incessant doubt that winds its way into our soul. I came away realizing how quick life zips by. I am reminded how vital it is to soak in every moment, laugh more, love deeply, and simply be present. When will you take time for yourself? |
