Summer is in full swing - the green and colors around us infusing us with energy! Do you take a break often enough to be outdoors and enjoy nature and just be still? To be with friends and family and have meaningful conversations? Electronic communication is a blessing. We can reach each other fast, exchange information and get an instant reply. But then: What if my email has never arrived, my txt got lost, is late, or was misinterpreted due to the curtness? Direct communication, in person, by phone, is still the safest way to communicate with each other to find clarity. In dealing with real estate, we need a lot of clarity. Meticulous attention to detail - T's crossed and I's dotted. Don't be surprised if your real estate agent asks a lot of questions. We're playing in your team, and need the information to advocate for you. Let's be patient with each other - especially in these uncertain times. Concerns are a given. Not every client has the same concerns though, we need to know them specifically, and talk about them openly, so we can navigate the deal effectively, for you. As your real estate sherpa I am working tirelessly to make this journey as safe, easy and smooth as possible for you. Trust in each other, honesty, and a collaborative spirit will guide us. This is how we succeed. Together. Happy Independence Day - enjoy your summer! |

| What Does Move In Ready Really Mean? |
| "You may need to adjust your mindset before walking into a house advertised as move-in ready. But what does "move-in ready" really mean? Depending on who’s talking, it could simply mean that all the appliances work. For others, it means a freshly renovated home that reflects popular trends and styles. Or you may want a house that requires zero work – if the paint colors don’t match your tastes, it’s not move-in ready." |
