The number of sales has decreased in the home and condo categories for Q1 2022 compared to the same period last year. This reflects the lack of inventory in our market. Meanwhile, for land, the number of sales and median price has increased dramatically with a 47% jump to a $700K median price for this same YOY comparison. My conclusion is that the shortage of built product is creating the pivot to land & driving up prices. Click below for Q1 2022 stats for all property categories. |
