The moment Meghan and Brad saw it, they knew it was meant for their family’s future. We moved quickly—crafted a winning offer, then got to work prepping their current home to sell. In just a few days we cleaned, decluttered, staged, photographed, and prepared their home for market, and got it listed.
It was a whirlwind month, but yesterday they closed on both homes—saying goodbye to the one that welcomed them to Colorado, and hello to the one that will hold their next chapter.
I’m so grateful to have walked this journey with them and always so honored to help friends and family. I'm even more excited for what the future holds for them (and now they live down the street from us!) and extra bonus to close on Brad's birthday!
