October Trend in Manhattan The Average sale price was $1.755M, down -5% vs October of 2021. Price negotiability was -4% below the list price, compared to a -6% discount last year. Properties sold faster than they did for the same period last year, however , signed contracts in October dropped -43% and current inventory levels are now 11% higher than they were this time last year.
