Greetings from Brooklyn!  I'm on the beautiful roof deck of 1 Hanson Place in Fort Greene and wow, I just love this breeze and perspective of the city. I hope your fall season is treating you well - there is so much to enjoy in NYC, whether you call Manhattan/Brooklyn home or you're just passing through.

If you've considered buying and/or selling to buy, this may be your moment. If interest rate fluctuations have put you in freeze mode, pause for a moment and rethink your strategy... the interest rate is temporary (you can refinance in the future), so take advantage of this moment that does not require you to make a "highest and best" offer with 10 other bidding by noon tomorrow. That's real buying power.

my best,

IF NOT NYC...

WHERE?

BOSTON LUXURY

300 Pier 4 Blvd., Unit 2M in the Seaport at Pier 4 would be my pick. 2 bedrooms/2 baths, water views from every room (a private balcony too!),

24-hour concierge, doorman, common terrace with fire pit and grill, lounge, full gym, & golf simulator, and garage parking. Luxury in Boston never looked so good. Contact my fab Compass Boston colleague Less Arnold for details here.

IN THE HOME

THE SOHO HOUSE PAINT PALETTE

Soho House + Lick have created a gorgeous palette of "jewel tones" for the home, all of which "possess a heavy black undertone that adds dimension and warmth" according to Jash Bradley, Lick's color psychologist.

Bradley calls it "shoulder-dropping,”...“As soon as you walk in a room, these grounding colors make you feel that you’re home again." Read further here, courtesy of Elle Decor.
