Happy April!

Spring Fever.  Do you feel it?

Are you looking for every excuse to be outside and enjoy the cool mornings and warm afternoons?  Are patios calling your name? My answer is a resounding, yes!

The real estate market remains strong, and we are even seeing a bit of relief in the shortage of inventory.  In March, Dallas county had 4,286 active listing versus 4,172 in February.  We are continuing to feel the squeeze in the Park Cities with only 86 active listings in March, so sellers are getting top dollar for their homes, selling as much as 30% over asking.  If there was ever a time to determine your "make me move price" this is it!  Call me if you want to discuss.
