Dear All, My favorite time of the year - when from dried wood flowers spring, suddenly. When grey turns to yellow, pink, orange, red and purple! The power and resilience of nature is a sublime inspiration for anybody who understands that what seems perished can turn into a new opportunity - if you recognize it. Recognize that underneath that dead wood is green life sprouting and pushing towards the sun. SPRING IS HOPE MADE VISIBLE The Real Estate Market is thriving, too. A new name for the Cort Theatre: The Shubert Organization announced that Broadway's Cort Theatre, which has been closed for renovations throughout the pandemic shutdown, will have a new name when it reopens its doors this summer: The James Earl Jones Theatre, named in honor of the great star of stage and screen.
