What are they seeing, the little girl and her mother, looking into the distance from high above, on this sunny day? Another one of @Richard Koek's magnificent photos sums it all up: When you're seeing it, you can get there. I was born in April - a true spring baby! I love this time of the year, when mother nature reclaims the reins and pushes ahead with such beauty and force - it leaves me in awe, every year. Awe inspiring also, what 96 year old Broadway master composer John Kander said in an interview with Stephen Colbert in his Late Show: "New York is the greatest social experiment the world has ever seen. SC: What are the elements of the experiment? JK: Everybody lives in New York, and everybody's natural enemy lives in New York. And the fact is: For the most part they don't kill each other." As Lin-Manuel Miranda nods. The experiment is still ongoing. And we New Yorkers LOVE it. Happy Easter Happy Passover |

New York is set for a spring awakening. Contract activity jumped 14.5 percent quarter-over-quarter in Q1 as buyers and sellers increasingly decided to move on with their lives after largely waiting on the sidelines during the second half of 2022, accepting the reality of higher interest rates, sustained economic uncertainty, and ongoing geopolitical challenges. All signs indicate a continued market evolution, with consumers more willing to transact. While external factors may remain unsettling, Manhattan real estate remains a valued asset class. |

| Housing Inventory Recovery Continues At A Breakneck Speed, Giving Buyers More Choices |
| "In a market with conditions that don’t particularly favor buyers or sellers, both will likely have to make compromises to make a deal happen. As mortgage rates continue to fluctuate and increase the cost of buying a home, it’s important for sellers to price their home appropriately to attract buyers in the market. For buyers, it’s critical they make the best offer they can on a home that fits their needs and budget." |

| I felt sceptical: a radically minimalistic production of the Ibsen Classic - would this really work? By the end of the play (without intermission), I was convinced, stunned, raptured. Jessica Chastain starring as Nora and her castmates under Jamie Lloyd's direction leave you breathless and shaken, making a monumental impact. |
