Recently, I was invited to an art exhibition at the offices of the Law Firm Wuersch & Gering in the Financial District.
Dutch-Argentinian photographer Richard Koek, is a visual storyteller and poet capturing the beauty, vibrancy and vitality of New York City, its fascinating diversity and inspiring antitheses in a magical way. I'm grateful to have received the singular privilege to share some of his exciting art with you, my dear readers, in my next few editions of Sue's News and Views.Thank you for your graceful permission, Richard Koek.

The holidays are approaching fast, but the real estate market never sleeps.
